Tim Bolton
Became a trustee in 2018 and with his accountancy background looks after the finances of the trust as well as future financial planning. Having worked with charities and assisted in simplifying their affairs his commercial experience adds to the board’s diverse skill set.
Tim has lived in the area all his life, was educated at Therfield School before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1991. Having established his Accountancy practice (Bolton & Co) he moved it and his family from Ashtead to Leatherhead in 2006. Married to Amanda with two adult children.
When not working, Tim enjoys playing golf, squash, skiing and classic cars.
Will Perry
Will was appointed Rector of Leatherhead and Mickleham in 2022, following an invitation from the Bishop of Guildford to spearhead the revitalization of LPC. Prior to this, he served at HTB in London. In 2024, he became a Trustee of The Reeves Trust.
Anne Cheverton
Became a trustee in 2018 after moving to the area in 2010 and to Leatherhead in 2013. After marrying Grant, they renovated a rambling house in Leatherhead, doing much of the work themselves.
Anne has two grown up children of her own, and four step children, and when she’s not striding out with Willow her energetic Hungarian Visler she enjoys cultivating her large garden and travelling.
Anne trained as an engineer at Emmanuel College Cambridge. Her work with global oil company Esso has taken her all over the world, she is now based with Esso in Ashtead where she is in charge of its global payments system and risk management.
John Hampton
Became a trustee of the Reeves Trust in 1998. Past President of Tyrrells Wood golf club and a keen sportsman all his life, with a passion for all sports, but especially rugby and golf, John now enjoys watching sport from his armchair. An oilman all his working life John keeps in touch with former colleagues as the secretary of Oil Industries Club, a retirement association for people involved with the oil industry.
Soon after their marriage, in the 1960s John and his wife Jackie moved into their present home in Leatherhead where they brought up their three sons. Now their grandchildren keep them active.
As well as being a trustee of the Reeves Trust John’s voluntary work has included fundraising for Wooden Spoon, a rugby charity that helps disadvantaged children and young people with disabilities.
John and Jackie have worked tirelessly year after year helping with regular community events held at the Parish Hall notably the annual Autumn Market. They are also members of the Friends of the Parish Church and the Leatherhead Arts Society.
Doug Waters
Doug moved to the Leatherhead area with his parents when he was young and has grown up being part of the local community. He is married to Caroline, they live in Leatherhead, have two grown up sons and a growing number of grandchildren, who all live locally.
Doug became a Trustee in 2018 and is currently Chair of the Trust. Prior to that he was a founding Trustee at Leatherhead Youth Project (LYP), a young person’s charity where he was Chairman for 16 years and helped set up the spin off social enterprise AllSaints Coffee shop.
He trained in Civil Engineering, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and a Practitioner of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assurance. The latter stages of his career have been at the London Airports, working in Environmental Management and Sustainability in the Development and Construction teams. Since leaving the airports he has been delivering environmental training and mentoring students at University.
In his spare time Doug plays piano and keyboard with the music group at the Parish Church and has also performed several times in the Parish Hall including at fund raising events. He also enjoys cycling, walking in the mountains as well as sailing, paddle boarding and surfing.
